PAIN POINTS THE WAY

The topic you should start with is the one that has the highest pain point right now. Emotional pain drains us faster than physical exhaustion. Choose:

#1 - if your greatest pain is relational (Either with yourself, God, or with someone else).

 

#2 - if you are grieving the loss of a loved one, or care taking for an elderly parent.

#3 - if the biggest pain point in your life right now is due to a goal you desire, but having a challenging time achieving it, start here. 

#4 - Food & movement are a painful topic for many. If this is a source of confusion and frustration then start journaling through the struggles.
